JKB Racing has long been regarded as one of Tasmania’s leading training operations.  With decades of experience in the industry, John Blacker has established a business of which he is proud. After returning in 2013 from 2 years training in Victoria, John is now based “on track” at TasRacing’s Training Complex at Longford (approx. 20 minutes from Launceston), home of the famous New Year’s Day Longford Cup Meeting. John is passionate about Tasmanian racing, regularly attending the Yearling sales in Tasmania and across Australia, enabling him to build up a quality team of horses.
