Our Training Facilities.

Our stables are located at Tasracing’s Longford Training Complex.

The complex in Longford, Tasmania offers us use of the grass track (home of the famous New Year’s Day Longford Cup Meeting), a sand track and a dirt track. Our horses are stabled in indoor boxes and we have day yards to assist in their post-race recovery.

We have our own pool, walker and treadmill to assist us to get the best out of every horse. Tasmanian trials are held at the Longford track on the grass, at Spreyton on the Tapeta surface and at Hobart on the turf track.
